Software Downloads

The Customer Portal provides access to the latest software releases from Datamine.

Legacy versions are also stored here for a while. If you need access to a version of software that is not available on the Customer Portal, please contact your local Datamine representative.

Each software download screen has:

  • A header section that describes the product
  • A table of 'latest releases', which are the release files that are flagged as latest releases
  • A table of all software releases and their release files.

To download software:

  1. Log into the Customer Portal.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Software and Downloads.

    The Downloads screen displays with high-level categories representing mining operational domains. For example, Studio RM is located inside the Geology category. The first category is expanded by default. You can use the up and down arrows or click the View software products link to expand or collapse a category. You can also search for a software product.

  3. Click the name of the required software product.

    The Product downloads screen displays information about the product, a table of latest releases and a table of all releases available via the Customer Portal.

  4. Click Download for the required product installation file or archive.
  5. To download or access supporting materials, if any, click the links on the right. For example, there may be downloadable release notes or a link to a summary of release highlights.

    Tip: For most products, the information above the Latest Releases table also includes a link to online documentation, which often includes installation instructions.
