View and filter colours

Use this activity to view and filter the list of configured colours on the Colour Configuration screen.

Activity steps:

1. Open the Colour Configuration screen.

   The Colour Configuration screen displays the list of configured colours.

2. Use the table controls to refine and review the colour configuration list as required:
   • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
   • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
   • Review the columns:
     • Category: Displays the configuration area that the colour belongs to; for example, Block Model Type or Comparison.
     • Category Value: Displays the configured value within the selected category.
     • Colour: Displays the current configured colour, or None if the colour is unassigned.
     • Status: Displays whether the row is Assigned, Unassigned, or Unrecognised.

       Note: Unrecognised indicates the item is not used in your Reconcilor instance, so the colour assignment has no effect.
