Create a screen configuration

When you open a screen that supports saved configurations, Reconcilor loads your default configuration if you have set one (see Set your default screen configuration). Otherwise, the system default configuration displays.

You can create a new configuration from either starting point:

• From the system default or your current default: Open the screen and modify the filters, data and display settings as required.
• From another saved configuration: Open the saved configuration first (see View a saved screen configuration), then modify the filters, data and display settings as required.

Activity steps:

1. Open a screen that supports saved configurations.

   Note: See Screen configurations for a list of applicable screens.

2. If you want to base your new configuration on an existing saved configuration, open it from the Saved Configurations panel. See View a saved screen configuration.
3. Apply filters at the top of the screen as required; for example, Period, Location and Custom.
4. Use the Configure Data and/or Configure Display panels on the right hand toolbar to select datasets, set the chart/table view and modify options as required.

5. Click Apply to refresh the screen.

   As you make changes, an Edited alert displays next to the configuration name.
